MISSION Magnum I pumps are renowned for their dependability, ruggedness, and cost-effectiveness in slurry applications. The standardized design of these pumps, from 3×2×13 to 8×6×14 models, features a common power end, simplifying production and minimizing spare-part inventory. Equipped with a 2½-inch alloy steel shaft, protected by a stainless-steel sleeve, these pumps are also fitted with double-row outboard bearings and inboard roller bearings. Capable of continuous operation up to 200 hp, they are available in various materials like hard iron, stainless steel, aluminum bronze, and high chrome. With a capacity of up to 3,400 gal/min and pressure heads up to 550 ft, some sizes offer counterclockwise rotation for added flexibility.
The Magnum XP is perfect for handling large volumes of heavy, abrasive, and corrosive slurries. Its compact design makes it suitable for both mobile and stationary applications where space is limited. Built for continuous operation with minimal maintenance, this model offers enhanced seal life, low stuffing box pressure, and a sturdy shaft design. A unique casing flow divider on the 12×10×23 and 14×12×22 models reduces radial load by half, effectively doubling bearing life. The heavy-duty bearings are permanently lubricated, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
The Magnum XP can handle flow rates up to 7,500 gal/min and differential head pressures up to 420 ft.
