Beautiful Book! My mother's life story - all 98 years.

Initial contact with customer service was cheerful, positive, and addressed my questions thoroughly. For a first time publishing effort, I found their user interface very user friendly. The final product is so pleasing. The only challenge was my timing - my project is similar in size and specification to school yearbooks, and my timeline extended into year book publishing deadlines, causing my delivery date to be pushed further and further away with each delay of a day or two on our end. With the delays, the costs went up when my order was sent to Canada to be fulfilled because all the US facities that could provide a sewn binding were completely full with yearbook orders. At that very busy time of year, the customer service team was stretched during the March rush and their responses were 24-48 hours in coming. Everyone remained helpful, but it was a challenge on my end to balance my 98 year old mother's concerns with the reality of publishing delays. Once again, the end product is beautiful and my mother could not be more pleased.

• Manufacturing time for Hardcover books is between 5-10 business days.
• Manufacturing time for Softcover books is between 4-7 business days.

Manufacturing estimates are quoted for orders of 25 books or less. More than 25 books can add additional days to the the estimate - depending on the amount of books in the order and the current print volume at that time.

Approving a Proof

Before moving a bulk order forward you will be requested to allow us to send you a single proof copy of the order for you to review prior to submission of the whole into Production.

The proof will require it's own manufacturing and shipping time, so please account for this within your projects time-line.

A Proof will give you a hands on opportunity to review the project before committing to the entire order! Once the proof is reviewed you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to the file if needed.You have the option to wave the Proof, however in doing so you accept 100% responsibility for the uploaded file/pictures.
